Kristina Grabnickas is a Nurse Practitioner, Certified Sleep Science Coach, and cancer survivor who discovered the powerful role that rest, sound, mindfulness, and self-care can play in healing and recovery.
After experiencing her own cancer journey, Kristina found that sound healing became a meaningful part of her personal recovery—helping her slow down, release stress, find moments of peace, and reconnect with herself.
Today, she shares that experience with others through Sound Bowl Healing, using the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls and Koshi chimes to create a peaceful space for relaxation and renewal.
